Agents feeling uncomfortable:

I started cold calling firm with a totally new system. I am using mobile network for communication rather than 'VoIP' no’s, I am using 'Mobiles' rather than PCs & using 'My Sales Dialer' a mobile predictive dialer rather than traditional PC based predictive dialer! I saved 70% cost by this. I have 15 well experienced agents. But according to them they are not enjoying office! they feels they are not getting familiar environment over here with these equipment! I hope after some time they'll become familiar to this system. Looking for ideas to resolve this asap.
